Formerly in the genus Didymosperma, this dwarf species from rainforest on Sumatra and Java, Indonesia, grows short, thin, tightly clustering stems that hold a very open crown of bright green leaves which are whitish underneath and have rather few undulate leaflets with jagged edges.
