Q: How do I place an order? A: You can browse our seed catalog on the website and add the items you wish to purchase. When you're ready, go to Checkout and enter your shipping and payment details. If for some reason the online ordering is temporarily unavailable, you may also message us directly with your desired items and we’ll assist you to complete the order.
Q: Do I need to create an account? A: Yes, creating an account helps you track past orders, manage your address and contact details, and speed up future checkouts. You can log in using your email and password.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A: We process orders quickly. If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may still be able to adjust or cancel it. But once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us asap.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We currently accept payments via Payhere (Any ATM card) , Western Union, MoneyGram, WorldRemit, or direct bank transfer (T/T).
Q: When is payment due? A: Payment is due at the time of placing the order. We will not ship the seeds until payment is confirmed.
Q: Is it safe to send money via these methods? A: Yes, we take great care to provide you with secure payment instructions and confirm receipt before dispatching your seeds.

Q: Which courier services do you use? A: We use reliable international couriers including DHL, EMS and Sri Lankan post
Q: How long will delivery take? A: Delivery time depends on your country and customs procedures. Typically, it may take 7–21 business days after dispatch for many destinations.
Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes. After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progression(DHL/EMS and Sri Lankan register post ). If you select standard post service tracking not available.
Q: Are there customs duties or import restrictions? A: We will sending your order using small size of carton boxes (as a gift). So, you don't have any customs problems.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee? A: We not accept money-back guarantee. if seeds do not arrive or arrive damaged under normal shipping conditions we will resend your order.
Q: What is your return/refund policy? A:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If there is damage, missing items, or non‑delivery, contact us within [7 days] with photos and the tracking number.
Refunds or re shipments will be processed after verification.
We do not accept returns of seeds that have been opened or used.

Q: What is the germination rate of your seeds? A: We try to provide high‑quality seeds with good viability. Germination rates vary depending on species. We do not guarantee a specific germination percentage, but we package and ship with care to preserve viability.
Q: How should I store the seeds when I receive them? A: Store in a cool, dry place. A sealed container with desiccant (silica gel) in a refrigerator or cool room helps extend shelf life.
Q: Are your seeds organic / GMO‑free? A: Yes, all seeds we offer are tested to be GMO‑free.
Q: Can you help with planting instructions or seed care? A: Yes, we provide basic germination instructions on each seed listing, and you can contact us for further guidance if needed.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, subject to local seed import regulations.
Q: What should I do if I don’t receive my package? A: Check the tracking number first. If the package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact your local post office. Also contact us so we can help investigate with the courier.
Q: Can I become a distributor or reseller? A: Yes! If you are interested in reselling our seeds, please contact us with your business details and region, and we’ll discuss options.
